Motivation

This is the bikini I purchased off of Victoria’s Secret last night. I bought the bottom in size Medium. Those who know me well, know that there is most likely no way that I would look good in a medium bottom right now. But, I won’t have to wear it for a month and a half so hopefully by then I lose enough weight and tone up enough to look good in it!

If spending $300 on two bikinis, two tight dresses, and some cute shoes isn’t motivation to lose weight and look good in them, I don’t know what is!

Today I worked out again! THIRD DAY IN A ROW! Woot!!! I feel great, my muscles are a bit sore but I am continuing my protein diet and they’re not too bad.

And another reason to be proud of myself: I just realized that this week I was PMS-ing and not ONCE did I give in to any cheeseburger cravings that I usually have!

Anyway, I’m feeling more motivated, I’m not sure why but it is a good sign at least!





Yoga Booty Ballet

I got this 2-disc dvd about a month and a half ago – and it kicks my ass every time I attempt it (which was a total of two times by the way). The goddess booty workout is something I should NOT try anytime soon because it is so brutal (and I am so out of shape), so I tried the yoga core workout and made it through 12 minutes. Then they started to do some kind of plank work out (I’m new to yoga, pilates, and working out in general btw) and I gave up. I know I shouldn’t but I can’t hold up my own body weight.

 New goal, make it through the 25 minute dvd!

I also walked for about 20 minutes this morning and I’m going to take my dog out for a walk in little while (I’ll make it a looong walk!).





Walking…

Walking, walking, walking. Walked to the grocery store today, and back home. Walked to the mall, then to my mother-in-law’s work, then home again. I even attempted to the my Yoga Booty Ballet dvd but it was SO hard, I almost died. And my baby girl woke up so I had to stop.
